I just wanted to reach out to you and again thank you for the awesome experience you and your staff provided to myself and Phil. I also would like to commend you as I have hunted with several outfitters before and I can honestly say after hunting with you I was taken advantage of by the other outfitters I hunted with. The way you made sure to help people do a hunt like yours was unreal.

I can say what separates you and your business from others in the outfitter business and the thing that impressed me over all else was the way you personally took it upon yourselves to put your clients on game and to do everything humanly possible to make sure your clients had the opportunity to harvest animals. Your staff was very personable and very friendly and extremely helpful, the food was awesome and plentiful.

Your overall experience for clients was fantastic, I really liked the fact your family was so involved, with Lori your father and mother who I just adore, and then Bill/Ralph/Gill/ and the original Willie Johnson, and not to forget Marcel you just won't meet better people on the planet!

Well I'm done I just wanted you to know how I felt and I will always remember this hunt we had and I hope to come back next year or the year after if I am welcome back, regardless keep doing what you do tell everyone hello for me and I will keep in touch. I also will be promoting your business at the 2 archery clubs I belong to and everyone else in my hunting circles, as I have your cards and will be passing on to everyone looking to hunt elk. Curtis, I can't thank you and your wife enough for the experience my son, Phillip Hathaway, had last week at your ranch. He and his friend, Jeff Jarvis, haven't stopped talking about it and telling tales. I know you made the extra effort to help Phil be successful in coming home with an elk and thank you for all everyone did to make that successful. This was a trip they will always remember, seeing mountains, driving through them and just the beautiful country alone then to both come home with their trophy prize of elk - well you never saw two more elated young men when they pulled in the drive. Thank you and your staff. Please also thank the inn that they stayed at as I heard nothing but positive about them also.

Just wanted to drop a line to you thanking you for a great hunt. I realize outfitting can be a pretty tricky business but you offer a quality hunt and as a hunter I appreciate that. Thank you for your kind hospitality the food and company was excellent. I know the weather didn’t cooperate very well and it did seem like we were about a week late with the Elk not really responding to the calls but I really liked the fact you guys know what you are doing. You and your guides were very knowledgeable and obviously experienced hunters .You and your guides knew the land and the movement of the Elk. I know it sounds repetitive but as a hunter I appreciate that. I’ve been on some hunts where the outfitter and his guides didn’t have a clue. I will definitely recommend your operation to other hunters I know and I wish you and Lori nothing but the best. And hopefully I will be able to come and hunt your place again.

YOU BET I WILL BE BACK, I love all you guys( and ladies )out there. I always have a great time at your place. The people are great and friendly and make a guy feel at home, the food is even good. The guys all work really hard to insure everyone has a good time and a successful hunt, and it surely is appreciated. As I told you before , I have been on many guided hunts before, which basically became an expensive camping trip. Your camp has been the most memorable, enjoyable and most SUCCESSFUL hunt I have ever had.I truly enjoy ELK hunting and will never hunt with any outfitters other than Cherry Ranch.I would recommend Cherry Ranch Outfitters to anyone that would ask.Calhoun probably would too. As Curtis told me on my first hunt, Friends may come and go, BUT -Hunting Buddies are forever. I believe there is some truth in that. Thanks for all your hard work to make my trips memorable and successful.
